The house had boarded up and sealed with her mark to prevent vandals and squatters from tearing the place up. She carefully entered through a secret passage known only to her and carefully looked the room over to make sure it was as she had left it last. Lighting a pair of lamps on the floor and one on the wall she removed her coat and laid it on a chair back. The air was cool for her current wardrobe, but she ignored the chill as she removed a single item from the coat. She slowly walked around the room touching things from her past as she tried to delay the reason for being here. After several trips around the room, she could no longer delay it any longer. Stopping between the lamps placed on the floor, she brought the rose to her nose and inhaled toe delicate fragrance and paused briefly as memories passed before her eyes. She let the memories play out and then in a soft voice whispered, "Happy anniversary, my Love."

Who just recently did a complete revamp on this OC. I copied the pose used in a previous image and changed everything else to fit me. This image was meant to be a light piece but somewhere in the process it took on a sad almost melancholy life of its own.

is going to be doing a series of images to tell the Story of Typhus so if you like a good tale stop by and pull up a chair. It will be worth it but you will need to bring your own snacks.

This is a wonderful rendition, I am actually very pleased of the story part aswell .. it proves that sometimes when I give guidelines some people do listen very carefully. The effect with her eyes is just epic .. I know from talking it was a throwback .. but damn .. in my eyes that works well since she is a vampire !

It's good to see you doing stuff again ... you spend to much time being quiet when you could be producing pieces of magic like this !

Thanks Typhus, I am glad that you like what I did with her. I try to be very careful with other peoples OC's when I am allowed to use them. I am glad that you liked the eyes it was a pleasant surprise when I saw the finished product. I am looking forward to working with her more in the future as well.

As far as spending to much time being quiet, well I am working on that and I thank you for calling my work magic.
