Costume Description and Details:


Bodysuit is a one piece leather shiny internally padded leotard with a front zipper.

Gloves are an over the elbow opera style gloves that are made of a flexible armor that protects her hands and arms from damage.

Boots are a thigh high style and made from a flexible armor that have a resistant sole to insulate her from electrical attacks and to cushion hard landing impacts

Utility Belt holds communications gear and assorted distraction devices.

Powers:

Enhanced Physical Strength and Durability – Blackout does not posses enhanced physical strength but thanks to her rapid healing ability she has extended durability as long as she can find a way to get out of the action long enough to let it kick in and heal her.

Natural Flight – She can fly unaided to approximately 10,000 feet at a speed of 300mph

Combat Speed – Her response times are approximately 5X that of a normal humans but her ability to anticipate an opponents responses can be negated by attacking her from multiple directions at once.

Enhanced Healing – Has an accelerated healing factor that is approximately 10X normal human capabilities

Fighting Prowess – Psionic and synaptic blasts that render opponents unconscious or seriously dazed and disoriented. She is also well versed in several styles of hand to hand combat.

Utility Belt – Holds communications gear and assorted distraction devices.

Weaknesses:

Blackout can be weakened and rendered unconscious by most normal applications of drugs, gas and anesthetics. These attacks, whether it be chloroform, knockout gas, injectable drugs naturally suppress her healing factor rendering her human. She can be kept unconscious and helpless for an indefinite amount of time through any of these attacks.

Despite being a mutant with an accelerated healing factor, Blackout can still be injured and physically worn down like any normal human. Severe blows to the head can render her unconscious. Blackouts body is only marginally tougher than a regular humans and her body can suffer internal injuries if she sustains too much physical punishment. Her mental abilities and synaptic response times are substantially faster than that of a normal humans and during a fight it can appear that she can read an attackers mind. Blackout is able to see minute changes in an opponents stance and musculature and anticipate their moves with a high degree of success. This ability can be negated when she is attacked by several opponents at once.

Blackout has almost no resistance to Elemental/Energy Attacks and can be quickly incapacitated if not allowed to give her enhanced healing abilities time to kick in and repair any damage to her body.

Blackout is vulnerable to certain types of magical attacks and spells and has proven to be very suseptable to hypnosis due to her enhanced mental state.
